    France, Champagne

    (From magnum, Disgorged in 2008, 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay)
    Golden yellow colour with a beautiful stream of very fine bubbles leading way for the delicious mature nose showing hazelnuts, honey and citrus notes. Pleasant smoothing acidity showing candied citrus combined with a nice and lengthy intense finish.

  • 2000 Moët & Chandon Champagne Brut Impérial 92 Points

    France, Champagne

    Still with a nice pressure when opening and showing a golden yellow colour in the glass and with a mature nose showing ripe apples, minerals, citrus and hyacinth flowers in a delicious way. Pleasant intensity on the palate with candied fruit and a pleasant smoothing acidity and some lime zesty bitterness on the lengthy finish.

    Still with a nice pressure when opening and showing a golden yellow colour in the glass and with a mature nose showing ripe apples, minerals, citrus and hyacinth flowers in a delicious way. Pleasant intensity on the palate with candied fruit and a pleasant smoothing acidity and some lime zesty bitterness on the lengthy finish.
    (Still drinking very well with 20+ years extra cellaring)

  • 1996 Juillet-Lallement Champagne Grand Cru Special Club 92 Points

    France, Champagne, Champagne Grand Cru

    Golden yellow colour with a mature nose showing yellow plums, chocolate and a touch of fresh cut grass. Intense chocolate driven palate with the typical acidic intensity of the vintage and with some dried fruit on the long finish.

    Mature nose with a tropical citrus note at first, opens up with chocolate, minerals and some lime juice notes as well. Orange zest acidity on the mature palate combined with minerals on the mid and with a lengthy finish showing a tropical touch as well.

    (Disgorged in 2013, 50% Meunier and 50% Chardonnay, dosage 9 gr/L)
    Deep yellow colour with a Lovely maturity on the nose showing honey, chocolate and ripe apples fruitiness in a pleasant way. Smoothing acidity on the palate showing yellow plums and some dried fruit and bitterness on the pleasant finish. Very evolved in style, but should keep on this level for many years to come..
