(Disgorged in 2013, 50% Meunier and 50% Chardonnay, dosage 9 gr/L) Deep yellow colour with a Lovely maturity on the nose showing honey, chocolate and ripe apples fruitiness in a pleasant way. Smoothing acidity on the palate showing yellow plums and some dried fruit and bitterness on the pleasant finish. Very evolved in style, but should keep on this level for many years to come.. (Best 2016-2031)
