Muted savoury raspberries on the nose which carries through on to the palate where it is initially austere yet having good freshness. Improves in the glass and becomes more delineated with more natural balance.
Very pale lemon pith in colour. Fromage sur le nez, yet the palate is rich and complex, somehow sour and sweet(?), overwhelmingly sensual and pure, not particularly fruity (perhaps a suggestion of apricot) and remains crystalline. First experience with Dagueneau. Cerebral and idiosyncratic.
v light yellow and somewhat opaque and natural in appearance. Baked apples (Grandma's apple pie?) on the nose with a suggestion of chlorophyll. Sensual and glides over the palate yet there is considerable power and an inner sweetness. Probably my white WOTL.

Light yellow in colour. Vanilla, smoke and white flowers on the nose. Not particularly generous on the palate and seems a little sour on the finish. Perhaps a good match for spicy cuisine.
Tertiary with decaying red fruits and some herbs on the nose. It's silky and there's still some bite on the midpalate although it is quite well resolved. Elegant and will suit palates that appreciate mature wines, and from that perspective, certainly not over the hill.

En magnum. Raspberries and forest floor on the nose where it is airy and getting towards tertiary, yet it seems still fruity on the palate although remaining savoury. Some spicy peppery notes and evidence of formerly grippy tannins on the finish. Best to drink these if you have them.
70% Grenache (68 yo vines) and 30% Mouvedre (16 yo vines) aged in 600L demi muids for 16mos and certified organic. Strawberry fruit and quite airy on the nose. It's not quite tertiary yet and there is a lovely mouthfeel and length, elegant tannins and in fact it is still on the fruit. Lifted finish. No rush to drink these and worth seeking out. Probably my red WOTL (even though it was my bottle).
Mildly corked with a little wet cardboard and slightly clipped on the midpalate. Withdrawn as faulty and almost replaced until it transpired that the Gevrey offered in replacement was proffered in jest!

Orange in colour. Nectarines and juicy Seville oranges on the nose which are absolutely gorgeous when translated on to the palate, where there is substantial depth and concentration. Very pure and fresh with serious length. Decades to go. What's not to like? Probably my overall WOTL.
En magnum. Dried flowers and austere lemon notes on the nose which translate on to the palate showing purity and precision. Absolutely foursquare Gewurtz that is fresh as a daisy and compelling.
Muted decaying red fruits on the nose, quite an intense midpalate with a rising slightly sweet finish. Plenty of life remaining in this. Thanks Mark for sharing this bonus pour.
