I've always been a little less than impressed by the wines of Etna - more hype than happiness in my albeit limited experience - but, equally, I've always been to have my opinion altered so was excited to come along and taste a bucket load.
The space used wasn't the best though - very dark, noisy and, despite being a large room, all of the tasting tables were crowded into one small section.
Weeeeellll...there certainly wasn't enough to make me alter my opinion entirely but it was a very interesting experience.
