Did not managed to taste Adrien Renoir, "Le Cepage" Blanc de Noirs Verzy Grand Cru Extra Brut N/V. It was emptied when I get there.
Best wine was Cedric Bouchard, impressed with Brice, best value Shaman 19 and Sainte Ann
NV Frédéric Savart / Drémont Père & Fils Champagne Grand Cru Éphémère 016
France, Champagne, Champagne Grand Cru
85% 2016 and 15% 2015 triage 2017, 2g/l. Compared to the earlier bottle, this had better aromatics but not at the level i would associate with Savart’s label. Acidity on the palate is typical of his style.
