With nearly a foot and half of snow falling outside, we decided to open a bunch of random bottles. All good. The Bouchard 05 Corton-Charlemagne was my WOTN but everything was good. Always fun to open good stuff on spur of the moment.

Nice golden color. Absolutely fantastic nose. Tropical. Almost painfully intense. Sweet spice, melon and peach. A slight bit heavy and unfocused on the palate. Good melon. Long finish.
