First off, let me remind you that a 1990 is worthless without provenance of proper storage. 2nd WB has a commerce corner, where you may be able to find a buyer, as we don't do commerce on CT forum. Feuillatte, Palmes d'Or can be a very nice drink, but remember there are many of these offerings from vintages like '98, and '99 that are quite reasonable in price. I think many have been a bit disappointed by the '95 and '96. WB may have some die hard Palmes d'Or fans on the site who loved the '90 and just ran out of their case purchase, but I wouldn't get my hope up, of having a golden ticket right now. With champagne provenance is everything as champagne's biggest enemies are light and heat. They usually need to be stored in the coolest part of an individual's cellar. WB buyers would probably want pictures of storage conditions... GL with WB, they are a tough crowd.
