So I was having trouble with the formatting of your labels.doc file for printing to avery labels. Once I figured out the hidden merge variables I was able to correct the formatting. This at least was my issue using Office 2016. The issue was the font sizing on the barcode. it was setting too large thus causing the barcodes to wrap to the second line.
I have the corrected file if you would like a copy to share with other users.
