It would appear that the recent Firefox issue with extensions may also have affected the ability to print Dymo labels: at least it appears to have done so to me. The cure was simple: Right click on the Dymo web services icon in the system tray, click organise and follow on.

Yes our standard Dymo troubleshooter recommends to use the DIAGNOSE option when dealing with Dymo web service issues.

Correct, Eric. Diagnose not Organise. I simply followed your troubleshooting guide but found all I needed in this case was the Diagnose piece.
