I am going to dinner with my brother at a restaurant next week that has a daily menu that varies somewhat. It is a place where you choose your dishes, so not exactly a tasting menu, but... here, see for yourself:

(interesting cocktails too which may be a part of my time there: https://gunshowatl.com/atlanta-glenwood-park-gunshow-drink-menu )

I would like to bring a bottle of wine that would pair well with a variety of the foods. Looks like a lot of modern and bolder flavors so thinking an old burgundy or chateauneuf wouldn't make sense, but not really sure what would be the best low risk option that is not champagne. Any particular thoughts, in particular from my cellar but otherwise generally?

Edit: I just realized I have a bunch of good cru Beaujolais including Griffe du Marquis from Clos de la Roilette... maybe something like that?

This one... https://www.cellartracker.com/wine.asp?iWine=4217327

We recently visited our local tapas type place and had a meal similar to this. We had a chicken liver pate, lamb meatballs, beets and carrots with harissa, creamy mashed cheesy potatoes, and an orange ginger cake. This was over a week ago and I still remember every course. We paired with a Rhone white, grenache blanc from Reynvaan. It stood up to the bold flavors but also let the food shine.

Lighter reds work too, but if I were you, I'd take the wine indicated. Enjoy! :)
