Not having met or known him personally, I did enjoy his posting which will be solely missed. I would have liked to read his tasting notes as I am back into drinking and liking PN which seemed to be his passion.

As far as I know Bob never posted on any other wine board than Wine Berserkers and originally on Squires before the mass exodus.
