Next week will bring several bottles of 2003 Chateau Suduiraut along with other goodies including some 1986 Graham's Malvedos. Now I'm deciding whether or not to buy 2014 or 2015 Suduiraut. I do need some Sauternes to drink after I run out of '01, '03, and '05, and I'm not too keen on most of the years from '07 to '12 because they're too rich without the acidity to back up the residual sugar. On the other hand, will I only be buying it for my nieces and nephews to inherit? There's certainly no shortage of properly aged Sauternes around. First World dilemmas....
