I just received the mailer that Keplinger's "Vermillion" is being released shortly. I passed on this last year (and will likely do so again this year).

Quivet decided I could have an allocation from unclaimed leftovers.

So, I got some.

You are welcome.
They are great wines but put my money towards Myriad. The wines are sourced from the same vineyards and the same winemaker, but the Myriad's suit me better.

Interesting - I signed up for both the Quivet and Myriad mailing lists. When I got the offer to buy Quivet, I got two offers, one from my Quivet email list name, and one for my Myriad list name.

I guess I'll have to wait to see if there are any leftovers from the Myriad allocations.

Arnot-Roberts (next Mon--in)
Continuum (next Tue--in, although the price increase makes me pause a bit)

Yep - all of which seem to be new wines. Colgin just did their IX Estate release and Continuum is coming up next week and I'm ready for a break.

I saw that email yesterday and quickly deleted it. Reynvaan still doesn't ship to SC, still require three pack purchase and the prices are getting higher than I want to pay. So I will be passing.

I don't mind buying the three-pack (though it would be nice to offer a mixed three-pack on the whites). My intent is to usually buy three of something I want to keep a while, with single bottles on drinkers or first trial of something.

I usually buy in sets of two or three when just buying one wine. But when there are multiple wines in a release, I usually drop back to just two of each or maybe even one. Going with a three pack of each wine is hard for me usually.

I'm I'm the same boat getting two cases of Story and then some Desparada as well. I'm across the state and a bit south of you and the weather has me a bit nervous since getting the email that they shipped.

i think i only pay for ground, but i'd really like a heads up first. if they shipped a couple weeks ago we would have been golden.

I almost sent an email last week when I saw temps climbed to the mid 80s and knew they would be there or higher until later in the year. Figured they would be holding them until late fall but hopefully they are packed well and went in cold.

I feel bad passing on FM again but only buying 2-3 bottles and paying $25 for ground shipping seems silly. Ruins any thought of QPR. I do want some Colloboration VI and would like a bottle of the 2012 Syrah. $60 per.

Yep - and I was just thinking now that we've got a decent rose stash that we were done with wine buying for awhile.

Expect Carlisle here soon. Lots of good Rosé offers but our shipping window is closed until September. Offers should arrive earlier if they want to sell me pink.

I stared long and hard at the Black Cat offering, but eventually did nothing. Nice wine, but I'm long on Cabs.

I've receive notice of allocations (or imminent opening of sales) for:

Force Majeure
Keplinger
Villa Creek
Littorai
Antica Terra
Saxum (first time)

I think I may have deleted one or two others, as well. I'm on the fence with Saxum, passing on all the others.
