2014 Chappellet Cabernet Sauvignon.

After an exhaustive search of CT purchases, cellars, tasting notes, and forum posts I am declaring MC2 Wines as my CT Santa.

Let the recriminations begin!

Before I hid my box in the closet I read the FedEx label.
1. Package came from NC
2. Last name of sender is Moran
OK, scan the list of potential Santas for NC residents.
3. Found dblsmo
4. Search CT user database, find dblsmoran in NC
5. Search their cellar and compare to CT Santa
6 Direct hit! - 2011 Edict Coombsville Cab Sauv (could it be this easy? Rookie mistake or a well played diversion tactic?)

Wait two weeks and open package on reveal day.

Drumroll please!............ [sound of cardboard box being torn open]

Actually I'm cooking breakfast. Be back in an hour or so.

This actually isn't a group specific post, so I'll bend the rules a little and put one more teeny reply in this thread:

Some CTers are frickin' Sherlock Holmes and / or Harry Houdini descendants. Other CTers...... not so much.

T plus 31.5 hours and some of us (*ahem*) haven't even been mentioned as a possible Santa.
