9/22/2017 - CV Griz Fan Likes this wine: 93 pointsThere is a very pronounced nose of cassis with this medium bodied Cabernet. I like the earthy, mineral, herb based red fruit taste profile it presents. It's a good effort but I think that I'll sit on my other bottle for a while before I enjoy again.

The fruit profile is fully developed on the palet. This wine has great density and is smooth and velvety on the finish. The balance is there too. It really is a fantastic effort IMO. This is only my second tasting of a Leonetti Cabernet. I tried the 2006 last week. I really liked both.
