The green pepper taste was there, but understated. Very much to my liking. This wine has a great nose and a nice long finish. I was absolutely wrong. This wine was drinking at its peek and will probably be good to drink for 5 or 10 more years. Lovely wine and a pleasant surprise for me and my guest. Wish I had more of this little gem. |

I served it with grilled New York strip steak and portobello mushroom with a relish of onions, sun dried tomatoes and celery, topped with two cheese. The wine held up to the food and was a perfect match. |
