A lovely bottle of Chablis with a superb combination of texture, fruit (apple, peach and lemon) and acidity with a long mineral finish. A perfect match to a fish and shellfish soup with aioi.

A big, bold and beautiful bottle of fullbodied wine crammed with dark, savoury fruit and still managing to keep the vessel on its course with underlying acidity and minerality! Took me by surprise and knocked me over!

Brilliant bottle with a warm rooibos-colour on the wine. Quite mute on the nose at first, but relatively soon tones of forest floor, forest berries, cherry, oak and leather appear.
Very smooth and quite rich on the palate with good, lingering acidity and ripe, dark cherry and tobacco. Very good now, possibly at its peak with both fruit and more complex tertiary tones.
We had it with a reindeer filet and a rich potatoegratin.

Nuanced nose with yellow, fresh fruit and zest.

Dry, fresh with minerals with a soft, nice mousse and some length. Very good!

Good, complex and still very fresh with remarkable acidity. Notes of cherry and strawberry, and typical syrah characteristics like liver sausage or blood! Rounded tannins with good length but not fullbodied, and in this case that is not bad or poor, rather the opposite, a sign of maturity and complexity. Very good!

A good Cabernet franc with typical notes of bell pepper, metal, red berries and herbs. Good kicking tannins but just a little bit thin and short. My first wine from Finger Lakes.

Mature nose with red berries (strawberry and raspberry) and a touch of smoke and leather. Very smooth and silky with plenty of fruit left, good acidity with mature notes of sandalwood and soil? A beautiful bottle!
In my opinion reaching its peak.

Ganska krallig rioja med inslag av mörka bär, fat, blöt skogsmark!, läder och lite tobak. Fylligt, strukturerat med lite bitiga tanniner och med en något eldig avslutning är det här en riktigt bra flaska med många år kvar i topp.

Expressive and yet elegant nose with notes of cherry, rose hip, stables and some licorice.
Fresh and quite light on the palate, the wine is nevertheless a good example of Barolo, with marked but rounded tannins, good acidity and a chewy texture. This is now reaching maturity, but with lots of life and energy left. Excellent!

Rich, complex nose with tones of black berries, plums, pepper, violets and chocolate-mints.
Rich, fruity and nuanced on the palate with black berries, pepper and lingonberries. Almost fullbodied with good acidity, noteable tannins and a good, long finish. A beutiful wine! Very good now and probably another ten years.

A lovely bottle with notes of pear, melon, lemon and lots of minerals or wet stone. Fruity and fresh, lean and lots of character, good now and will hold for a few years! Perfect with shellfish !

Beautiful amber coloured wine.
Rich, expressive nose with tones of toffe, burnt sugar, dried fruit, chocolate and orange marmelade.
On the palate there is sweetness, but also a long, vibrant acidity and a nutty touch not unlike an old amontillado. And like someone already mentioned: the aftertaste goes on forever!

A beautiful bottle of american pinot crammed with red, juicy fruit but still with balance and some structuring tannins and acidity. I find strawberrys, cherries and choclate and excellent length and intensity. Will buy again!

A tasty and generous bottle with notes of aromatic yellow flowers, yellow stonefruit, pineappple, butter and lemonzest. A little bit crude, and yet fresh with plenty of character.

Last time I drank this wine, it was the 2010 vintage. I didn't like it! According to my note the bottle lacked backbone and soul. I think I've change more than the wine.
This has a direct and spicy nose with lingon- and blueberries. There are some oak and pepper aswell!
On the palate the wine is mediumbodied with plenty of fruit, spices, very good acidity, gentle tannins and a good finish.
A charming and easygoing wine!

Dark, ruby red.
Rich and fruity aromas with dark berries (blueberry, black current, blackberries), pepper and oak.
Fullbodied with round, mature tannins, ripe, dark fruit, good acidity and good length. A very approachable and good bottle of syrah!

A beautiful bottle! Plenty of dark fruit left, but structure and complexity is getting the overhand. Blackcurrant, blueberry, licorice, violets, leather, oak, some ceder....
Very good length and although this is close to its peak in my opinion, there is plenty of life and years in it yet.
I had it with mufflon patties and a chanterell sauce.

Really dark, with blue and deep ruby in the center. Some brownish tones on the brim.
Rich, complex and mature nose with dark berries, oak, herbs, violets and and an animalistic, meaty note.
On the palate the wine is smoothe and mature, with a solid structure and some complexity. There is enough acidity to make it lively and vibrant, with very good length and it's not without fruit.
Will hold for several years yet, but very good now.

This is very good, and with a nice qpr. Light ruby red colour with brick nuances.
Expressive and complex nose with dark berries, lingonberries, cocoa, laurel, oak and mediterranean spices.
On the palate there is still plenty of tannins (smoother second day), good acidity, medium bodied and rich in flavour with spices, dark fruit and a touch of dried fruit.
I had it with a salsiccia pasta, and it was an ok combo.
Will hold for at least another 5 years. Good now and will possibly get better!

A fresh and fairly light bottle with red fruit and berries, a touch of oak and plenty of smokey minerals. Good structure with round tannins, mouthwatering acidity and terroir or sense of place.
To a pasta with salsiccia and broccoli.

A decent bottle of sauvignon blanc with notes of passionfruit, gooseberry, lime and a touch of pear. Good acidity and decent length, but what I found a little disturbing, particulary after a refill, was a somewhat blunt sweetness in the background which erased some of the freshness I normally associate with sauvignon blanc.

Definitely a very good bottle of wine!
Deep ruby colour, with a rich scent of blackcurrent, blackberries and dark cherry. Less prominent, and emerging after some time in the decanter, tobacco and cigarbox.

This is almost fullbodied, with primary notes and just beginning to show a more complex and developed palate. What really strikes me is the smooth satin-like texture of the wine. Good acidity, round tannins and with a very good length, I find the finish a little fiery.
In my humble opinion this bottle was too young. If I had another bottle I would let it rest for at least another five years.
