5/17/2015 - torbda Does not like this wine: 89 pointsNice nose with coffee and liqurice but the high alcohol is a tad to obvious, this is especially evident in the decently long aftertaste. Just too much for me. |

4/2/2015 - torbda Likes this wine: 92 pointsIntense multi faceted dark fruited aroma, well balanced, medium bodied, blackberry dominated palate. Shows better than a year ago but still a way to go before peaking. |

3/22/2015 - torbda wrote: 95 pointsSaturated cork and signs of minor seepage. What can you say other than utter elegance, complexity and balance! Lingering savoury aftertaste that leaves you craving another sip, and suddenly the bottle has come to an end. A wine to just lean back and savour every sip of. |

3/22/2015 - torbda wrote: 91 pointsAlomst dead upon openging, brown and smelly, but it struggled back to life in the event of a few hours! The last glass showed best with grapefruit, bonfire and blood on the nose. a nervy aciddriven palate with grapefruit and hints of blood, fresh aftertaste. All in all surprisingly good - and a window into times of past. |

3/13/2015 - torbda wrote: 93 pointsIntense dark fruited aroma with coffee and raw meat. Medium weight, refreshing palate with fine grained tannins, nicely integrated oak. a lighter vintage with comfortable 12.5 alc., basically anoyingly good wine! |

3/1/2015 - torbda Likes this wine: 90 pointsFirst day it was badly affected by astringent green notes, second day it had mellowed into what i have come to expect from clape, a lighter aciddriven |

2/20/2015 - torbda Likes this wine: 92 pointsLight golden. Inviting aroma of tropical fruits and fennel. Fresh, yet mouthfilling and viscous, long, salty with grip. A beauty, complex, fresh and long, all about the mouthfeel! |

12/28/2014 - torbda wrote: 89 pointsThe first alive bottle after two flawed. Brownish red, initially cellar and funk on the nose, turning more floral with air. Aciddriven and fragile in the mouth, fleshing out nicely with air over 1 h. along with it tannins appeared and also a slight metallic taste. All in all a nice wine. |

10/26/2014 - torbda wrote: 91 pointsSpicy, slightly soapy aroma. Dark fruited, mouthfilling and balanced, slightly dry towards the end, a nice drink at the moment. 5 years more could possibly release the somewhat muted nose. |

10/5/2014 - torbda Likes this wine: 91 pointsLight garnet red with a brick rim. Funky, volatile smell on opening, blood and pepper aromas taking over with air. Medium full, barley any tannins left, fresh balanced acididy, mostly a tertiary syrah taste is all left in the wine in this retreating stage. A pleasant wine, and most interesting experience. |
