Crunchy and fresh, this field blend is a nice barbecue wine.
Not complex, but refreshing and popular at the table it comes with yellow plums, Mediterranean herbs and a little lemon overtone.
Would enjoy it rather young.

Pure and beautiful, this Pinot is just gorgeous and you can enjoy it with food or on its own.
The Bouquet mixes red fruits (cranberries, sour cherries), some blood and iron as well as fresh mountain herbs.
On the palate its not heavy and almost dancing but long at the same time.
Will be interesting to see, how it ages.

Still very young, but I wanted to try it after a little bottle age, since I only had barrel samples so far.
The nose is quite modest in the beginning and needs time to open up. Than you get beautiful sour cherries with violets and some roses. The palate has refined, but potent tannins, its quite backwards and you can feel the Monforte fruit in here.
I would wait at least 2-3 more years to open another bottle.

Same bottle (2014 vintage) like last note. Even better with some bottle age this is starting to show its full potential.
Creamy, crisp, candied lemons, excellent on the way up.

Delicate Condrieu with a nice, floral bouquet, candied lemons mixed with apricots and some herbs.

Fruity and enjoyable Sauvignon blanc.
Dominated more through stone fruit and a touch of tropical fruit characters.
Overall not very complex and easy drinking (in a positive way). Would enjoy it over the first few years of its live.

Beautiful white burgundy slowly entering its prime drinking window. Classic bouquet with stone fruits, a little lemon zest, butter crumble and hazelnuts.
Medium to full-bodied with a creamy mouthfeel but also nice acidity to keep everything in balance.
Still more or less affordable, very good PQR. Should keep for another decade, no need to hurry.

A good and not to funky vin naturel.
Bouquet starts with apple skin, some creaminess, slight hazelnut and a little quince.
On the palate it has good tension, medium body and quite a long finish.
Developed nicely on Day 2 with more creamy mouthfeel.

Really enjoyable Champagne.
Bouquet starts with creamy, peachy notes, mixing some hazelnuts and brioche into the flavor profile. With time some verbena and lemon zest com to mind.
The bubbles are quite intense but very fine. Medium body it has quite a good length.
Would guess it can be enjoyed easily another decade.

What a wonderful 2nd wine from Ridge.
First the primary notes with sour cherries, cassis and some blood orange hit you.
With time more secondary notes with tobacco leaves and umaminess come through.
The tannins are tame in the beginning but come through with lots of bite after 1-2 hours.
Still quite young, would wait for 3-5 more years for prime drinking window.

Really nice Mosel Kabinett.

Should age for a few more years but probably already peaking.

Just a great Nahe Riesling.
Obviously way to young, but One can already envision it’s full potential. Bouquet is very delineated in a citrusy direction with tons of wet stones underneath.
Brilliant, as always this will provide decades of drinking pleasure.

Enjoyable Barbera from a lesser vintage.
Blueberries, other darker fruit and a touch of lemon zest come to mind in this nicely balanced wine.
Medium bodied and fresh I enjoyed it over 3 days with no real sign of aging which indicates easily another decade of aging potential.

Beautiful St. Peray with quite some punch and power.
The bouquet is comprised of spring flowers, stone fruits, slight white pepper and lots of honey.
Medium to full-bodied it has a lot intensity and a long aftertaste.
Excellent right now and should stay at this level for 5-10 more years.

Wow, really amazing CabFranc from Bourgueil.
The bouquet convinces with sour cherries, but also some darker fruit, dark chocolate, slight blood orange zest and smoky characteristics.
Extremely intense incorporating freshness and richness.
Really young but enjoyable right now, I would give this beautiful wine 1-2 decades of development.

One of the best champagne lately. 50% 2018 / 50% 2019 disgorged 10/22.
Really complex with everything you want from a BdB. Bouquet has lemons and orchard fruit and is quite creamy and rich. On top you have hazelnuts and chalky elements.
Still young at the moment but a lot of fun. Would enjoy it over the next decade.

I always like this special wine from the Mediterranean Sea.

Nice red berry fruit, thyme and some orange zest.
Powerful but smooth, would enjoy it over the first decade and slightly cooled.
