4/3/2014 - chrwhite Likes this wine: 89 pointsThis was a very tasty, fruit-forward Pinot. A nice expression of the grape. Light-bodied and fresh, more fruit than earth. This is the type of Pinot that I enjoy. |

2/11/2014 - chrwhite Likes this wine: 88 pointsFloral and honeyed nose; spice and stone fruit on the palate. Short finish. This white blend has a nose reminiscent of a Chard, but tastes more like Gewurtz on the palate. |

7/30/2012 - chrwhite wrote: 83 pointsThis wine had a unique gala apple nose and palate, but was overly sweet. This was under $6, and Rieslings in this space tend to be too sugary, which was the case for this wine. Not terrible, but not the wine for true fans of Riesling. |

4/8/2012 - chrwhite wrote: 86 pointsNot a bad spring/summer wine. A surprising nose of candied apple greets you. That flavor profile doesn't carry over to the palate, which is rather bland leading into an unremarkable finish. The wine was pleasant, but unremarkable. |

4/6/2012 - chrwhite wrote: 87 pointsA fragrant nose that was floral, with pear and green apple notes, and a hint of yeast. As good as the nose was the wine was a bit disappointing on the palate. Crisp acidity gave way to inconsequential flavors and a finish that was lacking in length and intensity. A quaffable wine buoyed by the nose. Not a bad everyday drinking wine. |

1/24/2012 - chrwhite wrote: 89 pointsThis is the third time I've had this, and the third different score. Beautifully expressive nose of rose petals. i was worried that the nose would make the wine cloying, but far from it. I didn't get loads of fruit, but this was very subtle, and elegant, which has been my observation in the past. The difference is that the nose was much more pleasing this time. I think my previous experience with the wine was a little too hot (probably served around 70-75). I served it at 60 this time, so not sure if that made the difference. Whatever the case this was a very enjoyable Pinot experience. |

1/24/2012 - chrwhite wrote: 88 pointsA very nice Riesling with tropical notes on the nose and palate. Easy to drink and well worth it if you can find it around $10. Compares favorably with other American Rieslings in this price point, and one I would definitely buy and drink again. |

1/14/2012 - chrwhite wrote: 89 pointsThis was a delicious wine! A warm, inviting nose leads to a palate that displays hide balance between fruit and earthy rustiness. A great value at under $10, and a great wine to pop and drop. |

12/29/2011 - chrwhite wrote: 84 pointsThis wine seemed a bit off to me. I was surprised at the body (medium to full). The fruit was too tart on the palate, and it overwhelmed some of the other flavors. I'm used t6 a little more earthniess from my Spanish Temps and this was like a jammy fruit bomb. Not horrible, but at around $10 there are better Spanish reds to choose from. |

12/29/2011 - chrwhite wrote: 86 pointsNot bad at all. Typically Chardonnay nose. The palate was more Sauv Blanc with vibrant acidity and apple dominating. I think this wine drank just fine, but not exactly what I was expecting palate wise from a Chard. |
