The Branding Iron was head and shoulders above the rest. Perfectly balanced with soft supple tannins. Still a lot of fruit on the palate, yet showing some age with it's secondary flavor development. I'll be moving these up in my drinking window as they are in a really really good spot. |

This wine delivered on the "feminine, softer" reputation for the Margaux region. Well integrated tannins and very balanced. |
