Upon opening it's closed with mostly tannin and alchohol in taste. When poured after the decant I'm amazed by how vibrant this wine is even 20 years after production. Quite complex with a nice mix of fruit and tietary aromas. Served with elk steak and gravy sauce. Faboulus pairing. |
