Quite secondary now. Goes best with food. Paired well with fresh mushroom.

This has developed so nice the last year. In a great place already. Some ageing notes, nice tannin and acidity, beautifull ripe cherry notes.

Has aged well, but needed 24 hours to air out the oak that was far to present the first day. Much more balanced and smooth the day after.

Surprisingly available now, elegant, balanced and quite bold. Should even develop 3-5 years.

Still going strong and should have a couple of more years before peak. Perfect timing for me, big and bold, but nice acid and not too sweet.

At it's peak, quite acidic, nice balance between primary and secondary notes, integrated tannin. Nice balance and nicely aged. Perfect match to truffle pasta.

Balanced and fruity, nice acidity and minerals. No bread/brioche notes here so less complex than a champagne. Still very good. Aperitif

Still young. Needed quite some time to open. If you open it now, slowly decant the day before. Great balance already, will be +90p easy in a couple of years.

Enjoyable, fresh fruit on the acidic side. Enjoyed with pecorinio cheese. Great match. Should evolve with time and round off a bit.

What a treat. Beautiful consentration of fruit combined with secondary aromas. So complex, smooth and just magnificent. No sediment. Came together aftee 15-30 minutes in the glass. This is heaven!

Needs good thirty minutes to start shining. After an hour it shows from it's best side. SUCH elegance. Beautiful aroma om cherry stone. The mouthfeel is great, and the acidity is still high. Drink with fatty foods of pork/chicken, or tomato based pasta with some fat in it. I would recommend storing these wines for +3-5 years more, as I believe it would come even more together and score upto 92 points on my scale. Lovely!

Great orange wine. Available and nice mouthfeel. Vegitative and salty notes. Went very well with spicy seafood from the grill.

A vintage on the more acidic side. A nice wine, but I would store it some more years. 2016 was the best of the vintages we compared: 15,16,17,18. The last one came second, but 17 was flawed.

A bit mute upon opening. Lovely beeswax smell over citrus, apple and minerals. Lovely balance and a nice wine. Best out of the four vintages we tried: 15,16,17,18. The last one came second, but 17 was flawed.

Still full of life and in perfect harmony. Acid, sweetness, oak, fruit comes togheter perfectly. It still has many years ahead. Not very much ageing notes to it yet, so I would say it will drink well in 10 more years.

Reductive upon opening. Bad smell but ok taste. Double decanted and left for two days on the botle. Funky smell was gone and the wine was wonderful.

A true beauty of a wine. Drinkable but still youthful. High consentration on the nose, plum and ripe cherry, some sweet licorice and herbs. Taste is fruitdriven and all primary notes. The sweetness from the fryit and the sharp acidic edge harmonizes so well. The wine is a typical Supertuscan in many ways, but the fruit here is amazing and very compelling. I will save the next bottle for some more years, but I recommend experiencing this with it's primary notes still vibrant. Drinks fairly well straight out of the bottle, but I would decant for +3 hours as my last glass was absolutely the best.

Still very much alive. Lots of aging notes, velvet smooth, not too sweet and a serious wine. Also a lot of sediment. Decanted for an hour. 30min was sufficient. Drink up!

This has developed so well. Compared to the new released wines it's more down to earth, harmonic, rounded, ageing notes but still vibrant and juicy/fruity. Such QPR - Wish I had more, but will cellar a bunch of these for enjoying in the future.

Have trust in this one. Subtile start, but within a couple of hours it's very good. Lost some of it's power, but just amazingly balanced, still with with acid and power left in it. Amazing craftmanship, and a very underestimated winery.

Still going strong, tough past it's prime. Opened up after a couple of hours. Teritary notes and blackcurrant gel. Very masculine and sexy. Paired well with duck and mushroom risotto. Great wine experience.

A couple of years too young. Opens up after a couple of hours, and changes dramatically with temperature. Straight out: Fantastic aromas. Very consentrated. A bit too much tannin in the start, but these fade and integrate with air. I'll give the rest of these a couple of more years before I try. I truly believe this will be an amazing wine in 5-10 year. Great QPR cellar wine.

I've never tasted the first wine, Ornellaia. But this second wine is just a power pack, so complex, impressive and very very good. The grape mix and quality of craftmanship makes this one of the most exiting wines I've had. Ad the 12 years it's spent in the cellar.... I mean. WOW. Still got many many years ahead, and will probably evolve and get even better. -> 95p?

One of the better rosé wines I've had. Great acidity combined with fine concentration of fruit and a very smooth mineral finish. Harmonic and balanced, which a lot of rosé wines lack as I see it ;)

Enjoyed sipping to this from opening to 1,5 hours decant. Like a beast is breaking out of the chains of history. Insignificant to begin with, then a lot of acidity, suddenly a lot of tobacco and leather, then subtile again, before it revealed itself as a bomb of fruit and layers of complex tastes. Obviously mature, blackcurrant, ripe cherry, spice, herbs and the mentioned tobacco and leather. This wine almost has it all. Great consentration, and I just LOVE that it's still vibrant and alive. Probably past it's peak, but still lots of life. Drink now.

Something else in terms of being a rosé wine. Both me and the wife loved it. Ripe strawberry, mushroom and nuts on the nose. Amazing acidity balanced with great fruit consentration. Again with strawberries. Integrated wood and subtile spice in the end. WOW. This was fun, and such a joy.

Delicate and subtile, needs a lot of air and then it grows. Lemonpeel, sea salt, minerals. Very clean tastes, a great wine but too young. Next bottle: 2025.

Too much oak, perfumed by vanilla, no acidity at all, too sweet. Better after an hour of air and cooled down to about 12 degrees. Still not a good wine.

PnP started of FAR to oaky. With more air and a couple of degrees it shows better, yet a little unbalanced. The day after it was far better and very much enjoyable. This is a fairly sweet wine, not too complex. But I'd try it again after a couple of years in the cellar. I believe it's worth it's money if you drink it right.

What a great wine. Consentrated fruit both on the nose and taste. Great acid balancing the big big fruit. Complex but smoot with integrated tannins. Day 2 it moves towards port wine with rasins and prunes. Very very much enjoyable. Will probably hold for many years, and even improve further.

American pinot with depth. Straight out of the bootle, smooth and harmonic. Gets even more balanced after 20min in the glass. Loads of liquorice. Could be too much for someone not too fond of liquorice, but I love it. Love this wine without any food, just for comfort and life contemplation.

My first '08 after a series of '07. This had a tone of bitterness to it that I believe shouldn't be there. I found it generally good, with the well known ripe fruit, tobacco, leather and hint of vanilla. Had it with rack of lamb and read wine sauce. Great match, which also prevented the butter tone to sabotage the experience. Have I had the wine alone, I would have been too diaturbed by the "flaw". Hope the best bottle is better. This is normally a 92p wine im my opinion.

Fine and intact cork. Quick decant. Beautiful blackcurrant on the nose. Comes out a bit subtile, but in 10-15 minutes it really start to blossom. Huge fruit consentration, smooth as velvet and in perfect harmony. 1,5-2 hours after opening, about 20 celsius, it shows so much power. The taste lasts forever, and I'm so happy this wine proved me wrong. I feared it was past it's top. 94p
