It’s lost all of us barnyard character, all of its smoke and road tar, it’s almost a fruit bomb at this stage of its development. If you have any left, I would drink it, this is my last of six bottles, and by far the best. |

12/17/2022 - Edclr Does not like this wine: 79 pointsWhen I cut off the wax, it was clear there had been some seepage. Cork was mushy and red all the way through. It had clearly taken in some air. It was over the hill, despite being a 3L bottle. It wasn’t undrinkable, but it tasted like an over the hill cab. What a shame. My backup was a 2005 Peter Michael Les Pavots, in mag, which was excellent! |
