I often reflect that cava/prosecco delivers similar for way less money, but this time, i think i'm appreciating something a little extra and refined. Nice nose of toasted light green apples...nice crisp palate and fine "bubbles". You get a little enhanced level of sweetness, and then refined green apple notes. Finish turns a little into some baked apples. Nice overall, bu I would grab a cava next time and buy 2 more bottles of vino to try and spend the same money! |

This Rose has a 30$ price tag, but a 75$ mouth. Light Bing-Cherry from the Pinot Noir, but yet retains the earth tones. The Meunier and Chardonnay temper the breaded structure. Fantastic! |
