After several hours decant it appeared very secretive and suggestive. Everything from almond flower, iron, blood, thyme, vegetables and so on. The blend of cabernet sauvignon, merlot and sangiovese all stood forth. The cabernet with high tannins, structure, concentration, power. Sangiovese with high acidity, juicyness. Merlot with a mellow rounded taste of dark fruit. A very interesting expression of the foreign bordeaux grapes combined with the local sangiovese. Love it!
