Straw yellow colour, fine mousse. Delicate aroma of toast, nuts, dried apricots, hints of brioche. Palate is dry but not sharp or steely, feels soft and fresh with brioche and dried stone fruit flavours, nutty touches at the finish. |

12/7/2019 - Madera16 Likes this wine: NRImpressively full and toasty for a cava. Blood orange, caramel. Medium acidity and light body point to cava, as well as the green/metallic/terpenic quality on the mid palate. But overall very good. Can’t remember the price. I’d say good deal up to $20. |

Not a lot of bubbles but nice and fresh. I had tasted the half full bottle after having spent some days in the fridge. It even has unexpectedly developed more hence 3 points up. |
