5/11/2024 - cellarcat Likes this wine: 91 pointsWonderful everyday burgundy with strong Bing cherry notes. Drinking beautifully right now, no additional time needed, and I think it’s better to enjoy the fruit on this one than try to wait for secondary flavors given how beautiful the cherry notes are. |

5/2/2024 - MicklethePickle Likes this wine: 88 pointsAlas, I let this go too long, it’s on the other side of its peak. Still decent but oh, what might have been. Note to self: even Premier Cru White Burgundies seldom take ten years for ideal drinking. 4-11-16-7: 88/100. |

Several of these have lately been more mature than hoped. Eminently drinkable for anyone enjoying mature white burgs but it declined quickly over a couple hours. Hope my last bottle will show better than this. Will have that one soon. |

3/14/2024 - rossi.wine wrote: 92 pointsThis also was quite evolved in colour, golden-yellow and really rich on the nose - ripe stone fruit, caramel, brown butter. On the palate less generous with more structure, good acidity. Maybe lacking a bit of depth, but very good length and intensity. Based on this bottle I would recommend to drink up. 91-93 |

2/21/2024 - Tim Heaton Likes this wine: NRPnP that fully ready and quite tasty. A bit open-knit, but there's enough freshness and lift to hold my interest. Aromas and flavors consistent with place and grape. Avg+ length, avg complexity, avg+ sapidity. Enjoyed by all with the salad course. Drink now. 13,5% abv. recommended |

Wonderful nose of lemon curd and pastry, with the vibrant acidity that delights the nostrils. An excellent wine that gives you everything you want from white burgundy. If tasted blind, my last guess would be Chassagne. |

1/20/2024 - joseph_c Likes this wine: 89 pointson PnP, I picked up prominent acidity telling me this could go on a few years. After 30 mins this opened up beautifully with subtle hints of honey, vanilla, and some tropical notes. Had some body to it, however it lacked the depth of other producers and had a light finish. Overall, a nice mature white burg but wouldn't seek this out again. |

1/24/2024 - jnewman77 Likes this wine: NRAnother very nice bottle of this; natural cork closure; initially with a bit of mandarin and a touch of spice, it opened to show more classic ripe pear, baked apple, peach blossom, and hint of wood resin. The palate is powerful and rich, but remains nicely balanced and quite tasty. Enough acidity to keep it fresh. Seems very representative of Morgeot, but on the elegant side which I like. |

1/14/2024 - Sperls Likes this wine: 93 pointsWow. This is what you want in fairly priced white burg with some age on it. Beautiful pale yellow color, nice lemon and some herbs with creaminess and acidity all in the right balance. Excellent grip and length. Not sure it gets better but a great overall glass of wine, particularly for something bought for $35 and stored well. Great experience. |
