Yes, it is fruit forward, but there is more than just fruit. Some spice. Some tobacco. But mostly blue and black berries. Not the best choice for the delicate veal we ate with it. We have drunk several Burgundies during the past month, and I just wanted some variety. |

Was thrilled to find (a) that I have one more bttle in the cellar, and (b) that it's still available. Just ordered two more bottles directly from the vineyard - where we're wine club members because of our love of their wines. Something that would go well with a great steak or classic Italian or Greek foods, when the meal is to be savored and enjoyed, not gulped down. |
