Exactly what you look for in a Rose wine👏 Nicely aromatic, citrus, red fruits, green tree fruits, flowers, lavender, lovely👏 Very nice on the palate, on the intensive side of the palate 👏apple, pear, peach, lemon, lime, strawberries, cherry 👏 Nice wine. Very dark, almost black core. The nose here overlays a sweet tone reminiscent of cassis sorbet on a brooding, slightly musky backdrop that reminds me more of a lusty CDR red for early drinking. Richly flavorful on the expansive palate. Fantastic choice right now for pasta, pizza, other dishes with tomatoes and olive oil, cheese. Medium acidity. Noticeable tanines, yet smooth with a nice structure👏 Wonderfully aromatic, barrels, spices, red and black fruits, terroir 👏👏👏 Same mixture on the palate, cherry, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, plum, blackberries, coffee, vanilla, chocolate, pepper, ginger, earthyin an intensive but balanced manmer 👏🍷 Do you find this review helpful? Welch eine Fehlannahme! Fruchtig, rauchig, ein wenig pfeffrig-kräutrig. Fantastische Säure und zurückhaltende, aber wuchtige Tannine. Am nächsten Tag noch ein bisschen offener und einladender, aber nicht minder gut. Ein absolutes Highlight! ----------------------------------------------------------- What should you expect from a wine from Israel? What a misconception! Fruity, smoky, a little peppery and herbal.
