Reminds me of a childhood friend’s home where the father consistently wore a sandalwood-heavy fragrance that seemed to cling to every soft surface. The palette is quite different than the nose, for me, at least. I get a lot of hard aged cheese here, parmigiana, so naturally it’s salty in the best possible way. Fascinating.
