9/25/2023 - uncorked.fr Likes this wine: NROrganic wine. 35 year-old vines. Fermented in stainless steel vats, aged 2 years sur lattes. The nose is quite light and airy. The palate follows suit for the most part but the smoky minerality really emerges on the tongue, which actually made me like this wine even more. The finish is ever so slightly salty and actually lingers on quite some time. Lovely. |
