This wine is excellent but you must enjoy subtlety with a low flavor factor in the mouth. Drink it with lighter foods or as I did, with lightly smoked salmon that was not spiced. The flavors do not overwhelm - you can pair it with light colored meats. If you like a big wine like a Kosta Browne or Sea Smoke, you will not appreciate this wine. If you want more flavors in a wine, I suggest you try the 2021 vintage |

The wine's subtle flavor disappears on the tongue and has no finish. To say it was disappointing for the money is an understatement. I expect better. |

Nose is probably the weakest. Just a mild earthy sensation. Super light fruit palette. apples, raspberries, lemon finish. Acid dances on the tongue. At 12% this will be a pool side hit this summer. |
