"Goudroneggia" davvero con grande eleganza. Un'ottima finestra per goderselo. (Fase matura che secondo me potrebbe durare anche per anni, poiché il vino è davvero in perfetta forma, non mi pare di notare decatimenti negativi, i tannini sono risolti ma ha ancora una bella spina acida). Bright and complex on the nose and first sips, berries, dried cherry, cranberry dryness, leather, toasted oak, cocoa, hint of berries and cream, with a juicy fresh acidity that is immediately tamed or challenged by finely integrated tannins and a long dry finish. Definitely benefits from a good decant as the tannins smooth out and more of the earthy flavors come forward. Fresh, but still complex, bright, and long. Really enjoyable. |

Palate tells a similar story - an almost abrasive character to the tannins but they give it life and provide a foil for the fruit - and there's a kind of almond essence intensity to it. Proper wine. |

It’s drinking well now and I wouldn’t be looking at it as a long term proposition. But the fruit is very attractive, great with food, sweet fruit and I’m really pleased I own 4 more. Very appealing |
