1/28/2013 - mbalk Likes this wine: 89 pointsfor its price, its pretty dark and inky purple.drinks good, but not huge layers of flavor. but for a single grape tempranillo, and at 20, Its good QPR. that said, the lower the glass got, the better it tasted |

10/1/2012 - mbalk wrote: 92 pointsIntense dark fruit, blackberry, smoke, some graphite and menthol. amazing balance. tobacco, currant, with soft tannins just right currently. i have 4 bottles left - will be drinking these over the next 3-5 yrs; I doubt it is going to mature much longer than that. |

8/18/2012 - mbalk wrote: 87 pointsmy last bottle. definitely at its end of life. flat, despite a decent ruby red appearance. that said an hour after opening, it seemed to develop some body and structure and even some tannins. medium bodied, simple, with a hint of red fruits. not bad . not great. I am glad its my last bottle. |

8/4/2012 - mbalk wrote: 90 pointsgood, not great. nice dark violet color, balanced tannins. Not as Big as I had hoped. Fairly bright red fruit, not as much earch as I like. Still, a good bottle, just a bit expensive for what you get. |

5/19/2012 - mbalk wrote: 93 pointsi think this is better than what has been described. we drank two bottles tonight. started with a 2005 larkmead cab.it was pretty good, and had similar inky violet color but the Jericho had much deeper tannins, and much more graphite, earth and substance. stood right up to the fatty foods with multiple layers of complexity. we really enjoyed it. not sure it yrs more than 3 or 4 years left before the tannins fall off. |

5/1/2010 - mbalk wrote: 94 pointsDrank at a seafood restaurant- probable should have saved it for steak place. dark ruby black, awesome nose, strong tannins, cassis, pencil lead and a long finish. simply a great wine for big cab lovers. next time with a filet adn a little more time to open up. still tight right now. My guests liked the Trilogy better, but I think that is because it was lighter, more open and forward with red fruit, and less tannic. cant wait for next bottle |
