How could a wine with no particular geographical distinction be this good. Fruity and smooth, a mouthful of charm, 8.50 euros by the glass and probably not much more by the bottle wherever it’s available here. |

But it tastes like one integrated thing rather than a moving target. Served as an aperitif with a bunch of nibbles: marcona almonds, duck grieben, rillettes de canard and spiced tuna on endive. I continued to drink it with the cassoulet and it went perfectly well with it. |
