The taste is fresh, zingy and a little savory but everything just “sits right” - no alcohol spikes, tons of freshness, depth and complexity - all seamlessly balanced out with a lovely tart and bitter acidity on the finish. |

I LOVE cab. franc from Loire, but this wine is the odd one out. Not really showing true identity/authenticity at all. Gone are the blackish color with purple nuances, green vegetables and juicy succulent acidity - all exchanged for a deep ruby color, almost sweet and a little cooked fruit and a rather dull mouthfeel. Well made in the sense it has no flaws - just a very weak rendition of cab. franc… Prefer Yannick Amirault anyday |

Knowing what these type of wines can deliver with age, this wine is actually quite boring. But judgeing by what’s in the glass it’s still tasty. Honeycomb, honeysuckle, jasmine and a little citrus. The taste is not overly sweet, but it’s but extremely pleasant in the mouth. A sweet fruity explosion followed by a gentle spicy touch and mouthwatering acidity. The finish is a little too short. |

Don’t buy this wine if you’re looking for power - but if you’re into Rhône wines in general and are longing for new adventures - go ahead! |

Fermented with indigenous yeast with the stems in concrete/used barrels for about 12 months. Meaty notes of smoked bacon fat, blood, herbs, black pepper and dark berries - this wine has all the classic Syrah notes. The taste is juicy, succulent and intense with good structure, bright acidity and a lovely tannic grip. This one is hard to spit… |

The level of complexity is so unique for his wines - there is a wildness to this wine that present itself in a such controlled way. Points doesn’t really matter. Let the wine speak for itself and you’re left with an experience that is forever imprinted in your memory. That’s why these wines are so special. |
