Zymé Il Bianco - "From Black To White"

The 2009 From Black to White is an intriguing blend of 60% Rondinella (red, de-skinned), 15% Traminer, 15% Kerner and 10% Incrocio Manzoni.
vinified from mostly red grapes turned into white wine (thus the name, From Black to White).
