Domaine Grand Veneur Châteauneuf-du-Pape Blanc La Fontaine

Grape variety
100% Roussanne
Vinification and aging
Destemmed manual harvest. Direct pressing. Vinification and aging for 10 months in barrels (50% new barrels and 50% 1 year old barrels).

Organoleptic examination
Intense golden yellow color. Very complex nose of citrus fruits, exotic fruits, quince and honey accompanied by a light vanilla. The attack on the palate is powerful, the wine structured. This cuvée is an exception for its richness, its generous character and excellent freshness.
Often considered one of the greatest white Châteauneuf du Pape in the appellation, it is by definition a magnificent white wine for gastronomy.

Consumer advice
Ideal for 2 to 8 years with white meats, mushroom sauces, truffles, foie gras and mild cheeses. Serve at a temperature of 12-13 ° C minimum.
