Enter Sake started as a project of famed house DJ Richie Hawtin, who after developing a following throughout Japan, started to mingle with some of the finest small sake producers and eventually team up to produce a tiny amount of sake for Richie’s label. The finer selections from producers like this Sooku from Fujioka in Kyoto, were released later than the original release, and have proven to be an incredible project.
