Longplay

Longplay Wine is the estate label for Lia's Vineyard, a fifty-acre parcel in the Chehalem Mountains AVA. Lia's Vineyard is neighbored by Tresori Vineyards, Corrine Vineyard, Vidon Vineyard, and Toil Oregon's estate vineyard. Other nearby vineyards include Adelsheim's Quartermile Lane and Rex Hill's Jacob Hart.
Lia's Vineyard sells about 75 percent of its fruit to other wineries, with designated bottlings produced by J. Christopher, Patricia Green, White Rose, and Grochau Cellars, to name a few.
About five or six favorite acres are held back each year for producing Longplay Wine. The wine is called "Longplay" because the goal is to capture the vineyard in the bottle, resulting in a wine that is more like a long play record rather than a ringtone. Traditional winemaking practices are used and tagline is "analog wine for a digital world, no overdubbing, no remixing."
