WINEMAKING TECHNIQUE
The grapes are picked at the end of october and immediatley destalked. They spent 4/5 days of cold maceration over the skins in small temperature regulated fermentation vats at 18/20°C, with daily mixing pressing. This wine is put
in steel vats for 12 months ad subsequently bottled for at least 4 months.

GASTRONOMIC ACCOMPANIMENTS
An excellent happy hour aperitive; ideal with Pasta dishes, red meat and game.

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
Colour: intense garnet red.
Bouquet: profound with hints of forest fruits.
Palate: harmonious, fresh and soft. It expresses all its personality, with balanced tannins and softness.
LIFESPAN AND CONSERVATION
An easy to drink wine with an average capacity for aging (3/4 years).
