2010 Domaine Fond Croze Côtes du Rhône Cuvée Confidence

Varieties: 70% Grenache, 30% Syrah
Age of vines: 35-40 years old
Terroir: Mediterranean climate with low rainfall, lots of sunshine, clay and limestone slopes with pebbles. The Mistral wind allows cultivation that respects the environment and so since 2009 the Domaine has been converting to organic status.
Yield: 42hL/ha
Aging: Extended vinification to extract maximum color and matter. Aged in traditional tanks.
