2011 - average temperature, small bunches, careful sorting
This was the real surprise of the tasting, a challenging season, the 2011 was a structured closed wine on release. Today it was a joy to drink, a real medley of youthful, pretty aromas of manuka, strawberry with gorgeous savoury notes. A satisfying palate with a great balance between savoury and sweet, excellent.
Drink now to 2025.
