2005 Pinot Noir Rosé
Our 2005 Rosé is comprised of 100% free-run Pinot Noir juice from our finest vineyards which include Kanzler, Koplen, Cohn and Amber Ridge with a touch from Garys Vineyard and Rosella’s Vineyard. The wine was fermented at a cold temperature in stainless steel to retain the fresh fruit component. This is the perfect wine for spring and summer consumption and we recommend that it be enjoyed before winter 2006.
Aromatics: Bright cherry and strawberry with hints of tangelo, blood orange and fresh peach.
On the palate: Vibrant and refreshing, our rosé shows bright strawberry and cherry with a lingering finish of juicy, wild berries. While the approach is lively and crisp with red fruit and citrus, a slight creaminess carries the depth of pure Pinot Noir flavors.
