60% Chenin Blanc, 40% Marsanne, Roussane & Viognier. This wine is all Rock and Roll. Chenin provides the bass notes here, while the Rhone Whites bring the treble. The fruit was destemmed and fermented on the skins for 10 days, pressed and finished in a single barrel, and aged for 16 months on its own lees with minimal SO2. Full flavor and full throttle, but not overly tannic. Best served with fun. yellow guava, white peaches, rolling stones, electric pith, turn up the volume Drink Now, DO NOT SERVE CHILLED!!!!!!
