20.000 bottles.

HOW THE WINE IS MADE
Production per vine: 2.34 kg
From selected vineyards established 80 years ago around the town of Batea, specifically the Trufes and Massalocans districts.
Varieties: 100 % Red Garnacha.
Soil: Chalky and silty, low permeability. Low organic matter content.
Vinification: Manually harvested and packed in 20 kg boxes. Macerated for 16 days.
Fermented at a controlled temperature of between 22º C and 28 °C.

CRIANZA
The wine sepeds 4 months in oak casks made franch oak.
TASTING NOTES
Dense red wine with a purplish hue, bright and fluid in the glass. Aromas of raspberries, blackberries and forest fruits, with notes of liquorice and spices.
Pleasantly meaty, fresh and slighty tannic on the palate.
The finish explodes in aromas of red fruit preserves.

DRINK BY
This wine will mature well over the following 4 years.
