“A single vyd cuvee of 69% Grenache, 15% ea Syrah & Mourvedre, and 1% Cinsault from a half-plateau with a NE exposure @ Le Mourre des Perdrix at Courthézon. The terroir is composed of different soils: (red clay, with round pebbles & sandy marl). Vinified in s/s & big oak vats for 3-4 wks with gentle extractions; Aged in big oak vats, barrels, & demi-muids;” 16% ABV
