“Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah, Counoise, Mourvèdre, Muscardin, Terret Noir, Vaccarèse, White Grenache, Bourboulenc, Clairette, & Picardan from 3 adjacent parcels, located on a mild terroir of slopes, between ‘Lieu-dit Clavin’ & Les Hauts-lieux,’ each with sandy, calcium soils & its own spring.” Typically, “’Traditional’ vinification, long, slow fermentation using natural yeasts, ff’d by 18 mos aging in foudres & bottling sans fining/filtration.” 15% ABV; 2,000 cases produced, 500 cases imported.
