Regarding the difference between this and the regular Temperance Hill, from the winemaker:
In 2021, the Berserker Cuvee is a single once filled 600L puncheon of Temperance Hill. The barrel was made from wood sourced from the forest of Argonne, and is one of my favorite barrels. Though as a single puncheon, it might be more accurate if we called it the Berserker Selection.

The regular Temperance Hill, is a combination of two puncheons, one 820L from the forest of Citeaux and an older (2017) 600L puncheon from the forest of Darney. The wood integrates nicely in both, but it’s really the only major difference as the fruit was a single pick and is all from the same block.
