“Mourvèdre, C.S., & Syrah manually harvested in boxes of 15 kg through strict selection. First in the plot & then in the entrance to the deposits of Monastrell Pie Franco, Syrah, & C.S. varieties. Maceration with the skins for 20 days making soft extractions by pigeage. The fermentation temperature reaches a maximum of 28°C to favor the diffusion of compounds responsible for the color, aroma, & flavor. The wine aging takes 12 mos in new & 2nd year-used AM, FR, & Romanian oak barrels.” 7,400 cases produced, 2,200 cases imported.
